1、 The principle and application of chromatographic analyzer

2、 Analysis and Remedial Measures for Common Malfunctions of Chromatography Analyzer
(1) Airway pollution. Chromatography equipment is prone to gas path pollution in daily work. The main reason is that natural gas contains high concentrations of impurity gases. The content of impurity gases can be visually observed through charts. The main reasons for the presence of impurity gases in natural gas are: contamination of the inlet and outlet of the chromatograph detection pipeline, resulting in fixed peaks at both ends of the graph; The appearance of non periodic chaotic peaks in the figure indicates the presence of multiple impurity gases; When the internal flow direction of natural gas changes, it can cause gas path pollution in the chromatograph. Solution: Staff should check the actual location on the map and clean the area; When cleaning, use clean air to blow the inlet and outlet areas of the chromatograph. If the map shows a high content of impurity gases in the area, a mixture of nitrogen and ethanol should be used for operation; When there is a large amount of polluted gas, it is necessary to use the method of heating aging; When the detector is slightly contaminated, the ethanol nitrogen method can be used instead.
(2) The separation of components is not ideal. If the component separation is not ideal during the actual operation of the chromatograph, the main reason may be the unreasonable column temperature setting. Solution: It is necessary to conduct experiments on the column temperature of the chromatographic analyzer to obtain an accurate dynamic change chart of the column temperature, ensuring the rationality of the column temperature.
